Elodie Vallet conceived Osmoz Citrus as a reflection of her character. With Osmoz Pineau Cask Finish, she wanted to experiment with a new ageing process that had never been explored before.
Description
Tasting notes :
Colour : light yellow.
Nose : fruity notes, citrus fruits, grapefruit, lemon.
Palate : freshness, vegetal notes, a touch of honey.
Finish : very powerful, notes of juniper.
Enjoy neat, with ice cubes or in a cocktail.
Maceration of juniper berries and coriander for 36 hours in grape alcohol.
Distillation of the maceration.
Ageing for several months in casks that previously contained old white Pineau des Charentes.
