Tasting notes :
On the eye : coppery yellow, golden colour.
On the nose : hint of white flowers then develops a fresh fruity nose (peach). Woody and melted notes, light roasting.
On the palate : elegant and persistent aromas. Round finish with notes of acacia.
Limited edition to only 350 bottles !
Bottling : November 6th 2024.
Cru : Fins Bois.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Ageing : 15 years in old French oak barrels.
Food and Cognac pairing : ideal as an after-dinner drink, this Cognac will be enjoyed neat at the end of a meal.
