Description
Tasting notes :
On the nose : notes of spices, honey, gingerbread and mirabelle plum.
Intense aromas of plum, sultana, spices, cinnamon, vanilla and cloves. It's complex, very round and pleasant on the palate.
Ageing : 27 years in Limousin oak barrels in the Merpins cellars.
Natural cask strength : 44,1 % ABV.
Cellar Master : Baptiste Loiseau.
