Inspiration
This single-vineyard Grande Champagne blend brings together eaux de vie that are at least 10 years old. There is no comparison with Martell XO, which is a blend of the 4 main crus.
The finesse and elegance of this Cognac are achieved by blending particularly supple and smooth eaux de vie.
The tasting notes
To the eye:
A mahogany colour with coppery highlights. Its great brilliance augurs well for the elegance of this blend.
On the nose:
The first notes are discreet and delicate. This is followed by powerful woody notes and sensations of ripe fruit and candied fruit. The typical character of Grande Champagne eaux de vie is asserted.
On the palate:
An immediate perception of softness, sweetness and delicacy.
